Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0012 as an RFQ



2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).



3) CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Support Services - 1 Job



4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).



4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes lodging and meals for the event.



4b) The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 27 April 2024 (235 Personnel) and Sunday 28 April 2024 (235 Personnel) for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 235 (3 of which are kids) servings per meal on Saturday and 235 (3 of which are kids) servings on Sunday at or below the per diem rate for meals. Refreshments such as water, coffee, iced tea and lemonade shall be provided to attendees throughout the duration of the event.



4c) The contractor shall provide lodging for Friday through Saturday (2 nights) 26 Rooms (17 Singles and 8 Doubles) and for Saturday night only (1 night) an additional 49 rooms (46 Singles and 3 Doubles).



5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information.



6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.



7) Quotes are due at 4 PM local (eastern) time on 05 April 2024. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
