This is a sources-sought only notice for the renewal of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Tripler Army Medical
Center Nutrition Care Division's requirements for sanitation and cleaning supplies. The Contractor will provide chemical cleaning supplies appropriate for food service facilities that meet the current EPA requirements for waste water produced, EPA
guidelines, food safety standards, American Restaurant Association HACCP standards, U.S. Public Health Food
Codes, and other Federal, state, and military regulations and standards. These requirements also apply to products used in food service operations;, such as chemical dispensing equipment (currently APEX system); Contractor must have on-island technician to address issues with dispensing equipment.
Contractor must be able to deliver all chemicals to Tripler Army Medical Center's loading dock within 3 days from the placement of orders, and must meet all driving and vehicle requirements for entering military bases. The attached document provides a list of some of the current food service chemical cleaning supplies that meets EPA guidelines and Hawaii State law requirements.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
All responding to this notice shall provide specific information to include a summary of their company's capabilities. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this procurement. Responses to this notice shall include the following:

Government's requirement as described above.
This Sources-Sought Notice is for market research and planning purposes onl, and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Your response to this Sources-Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.
The information provided may be used by the 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office - Hawai'i (RCO-HI) in developing its acquisition approach and requirement specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
