This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Custodial Operations and Ground Maintenance for the Oconee Ranger District located in Eatonton GA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation and incidentals, except as listed under Government-Furnished Property in accordance with the schedule of items, specifications, attachments, terms and conditions of the solicitation. There is a Base Period with up to Four Option Years, if exercised.
