THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation.



Joint Interagency Task Force South is currently conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the capabilities to fulfill a requirement of a purchase only TAA (Trade Agreements Act) compliant security console desk that provides support for 3 workstations with specific dimensions and features. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of industry, to determine the strategy for future procurement.



Requirements: The required security console desk must meet the following specifications:



1. TAA Compliance: All products must meet Trade Agreements Act compliance.



2. Size and Configuration: - Total width spanning between 18' to 21'. - Total depth not to exceed 38”.



3. Monitor Support: - Station 1: Capacity to hold 2 monitors. - Station 2: Capacity to hold 3 monitors. - Station 3: Capacity to hold 1 monitor.



4. Sloped Desktop 12RU Racking Unit: - Required for mounting a touchscreen monitor and an intercom system. This will be a freestanding unit placed on top of the desktop.



5. CPU Mounting: - CPUs for all stations must be mountable neatly under the console. There will be a total of 6 CPUs, 2 CPUs at each station.



This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not currently seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to these sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to these sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense. Not responding to these sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the website for additional information pertaining to these sources sought.



RESPONSE INFORMATION: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 10:00 PM EST, on Friday 23 Feb 2024. Responses should be emailed to: Yasemin.akman-lloyd.civ@mail.mil. Responses and/or inquiries WILL NOT be accepted past the deadline.



Interested parties should include their company name, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE code, company size status and whether they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. All interested parties must provide a response containing a written capabilities statement, confirming they can comply with the government needs, as specified above. All responders to this Sources Sought Notice understand, by submitting this written statement, they are certifying they can meet ALL criteria.
