Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Rohde & Schwarz. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

ITEM 0001:
48 KHz Line-Interface GI4104
Manufacturer: Rohde & Schwarz

ITEM 0002:
Expansion of the Series4100 chassis by a basic interface module (slots) which can accommodate interfaces GI4199
Manufacturer: Rohde & Schwarz

ITEM 0003:
Power Supply input: 90 to 264 V AC; output: 28.4/24 V DC; ruggedized IN4000A
Manufacturer: Rohde & Schwarz

ITEM 0004:
Power Supply Cable between radio and IN4000A; 1 m length GK4103

The above supplies are required to provide wideband capability to the NIWC PAC OWNED M3SR4100 transceiver and radios in support of HF Communications Demonstration for North Engineering Joint Capability. Rohde & Schwarz is the only vendor providing equipment compatible with network, software, and other minimum Government requirements.

A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS Code is 334515 and the business size standard is 750 employees.
