Building 1070 and Building 1074 HVAC Replacement

This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing 3 HVACS in Buildings 1070 and 1074. This sealed bid is utilizing FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 14. This requirement is for brand name 'Trane' HVAC units.

Please review the solicitation document for the date, time, and location of the pre-bid conference and site visit; please review the required information that must be submitted to attend the site visit and to get onto Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.

The deadline to submit questions and request for information (RFI) for this requirement is close of business seven calendar days prior to the bid opening date. Questions and RFI submitted after the deadline may not be answered or acknowledged.

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. The solicitation will be made available no earlier than April 24, 2024. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors, the size standard is $19.0 Million.

In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.

Electronic submissions of bids shall not be accepted. Only in person, hand delivery of bids will be accepted at the bid opening. Please review the solicitation document for date, time, and location of the bid opening.

In accordance with DFARS 52.204-7, all prospective bidders interested in submitting a bid in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
