Description

The Government requires eight throw phone line accounts. This service must be capable of turning nearly any Android based phone into a dedicated wireless line used for hostage negotiations. This service must be secure, allow command controls and disallow any control including the power button, on the throw phone, reliable, and work with currently BOP approved phones as well as future models that may be approved for use.
