Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart

12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only

solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number

SP4703-24-R-0009 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

This acquisition is Unrestricted. Department of Labor Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4331 revision 25 applies. This

is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Contract.



DLA Aviation at the Defense Supply Center Richmond located in Richmond, Virginia requires new workstations and

installation in Building 80 and Building 32 M Bay. Services are also required to for demolition and disposal of

existing workstations along with electrical work. The supplied equipment must be manufactured by Affordable Interior

Systems (AIS), Inc. (1SN97).

Delivery/Demolition/Installation is required within 180 Days ARO



Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirement stated in the

Specifications and Request for Proposal (RFP). The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management

(SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to

register prior to submitting your quote.



All inquiries must be submitted 3 working days prior to closing date.



Proposals are due on May 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST.



PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

1) Proposals shall be submitted to Allison Douglewicz at Allison.Douglewicz@dla.mil

2) Contractor proposal must include following information.

• Title of the proposal

• RFP number

• Name and address of contractor

• CAGE Code

• Name, phone number, and e-mail address for the point of contact

• Completed Section B - Schedule of Supplies/Services

3) Pricing

Contractors are to provide firm-fixed pricing for all periods stated in the Section B - Schedule of Supplies/

Services. Pricing to equal a total price. The Contractor is responsible for providing adequate documentation to enable

a thorough evaluation of the proposal. The following information must be provided in spreadsheet format:

• Furniture Item with unit and total price

• Demolition/Disposal total price

• Installation total price

• Grand Total

The price proposal will reflect the contractor's understanding of the tasks that contractor is expected to perform.

Contractors are required to identify any assumptions that pertain to the prices proposed.
