Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District requests capability statements from construction contractors interested in repairing the deteriorated concrete surfaces within the spillway of the Cowanesque Dam. The Cowanesque Dam is located in Lawrenceville, PA (Tioga County), near the border with New York State and involves maintenance, repair, and replacement of the access road, concrete pavements, and drainage pipes.
