U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV24Q0041 for Chain Link Fence Security System, Fort Gibson Lake Office, Tulsa District, Oklahoma. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 800 employees.

The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis for one (1) base and one (1) option to be exercised at the Government’s discretion, to the responsible offeror whose quote is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price, past performance, conformance with specifications, and sub-contracting regulations. The anticipated award date is on or about 25 March 2024.

The solicitation will be issued using the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) solicitation module via Internet. The only authorized transmission method for submitting quotes in response to this solicitation is through the PIEE solicitation module website at https://piee.eb.mil/. It is the contractor’s responsibility to monitor the above-listed internet address for any posted changes. All amendments posted shall be signed and submitted with the quote.

Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 8 February 2024. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 8 March 2024. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registration must also be active at time of award in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout contract performance in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
