This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation 12FPC323Q0091 for Debris Removal Services in Virgin Islands – St. Croix
This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as total small business set-aside.
Place of Performance: Virgin Islands – St. Croix.
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 562119, which has a size standard of $47 million. A firm-fixed-price contract will be negotiated. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in September 2023. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
The work consists of the cleanup of storm debris in designated streams (channels, canals, waterways, etc.). The contractor will be responsible to remove and properly dispose of all downed trees, logs, stumps, brush, tops, blockages, rubbish, sediment and debris (organic and inorganic) deposited in and adjacent to the channel; inside culverts/pipes and under bridges. The designated sites are described in the individual Damage Survey Report (DSRs).
