This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to address the need for reducing the potential injuries and deaths of mounted crew which may occur during the primary, secondary, and tertiary effects of a munition blast event. Materials, systems, and assemblies intended to protect mounted crew should expect potential application across any military vehicle’s interior. Vehicle interior includes but is not limited to floors, roof, and walls.
