Synopsis
Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction.
Prototypical project may or may not be awarded: to Construct a Vehicle Wash for the Tennessee National Guard.
The USPFO for Tennessee intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Construction, maintenance, and repair for the Tennessee National Guard utilize the awards. Typical work includes, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, and other related work. All projects will be in accordance with task order requirements and specifications /drawings usually provided with each project. Prospective contractors must be able to respond within 120 minutes for emergencies. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. All responsible firms may submit a response form. Total contract period, to include options will not exceed 66 months. Task Orders will range from $2,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract will not exceed $10,000,000.00 per each contractor. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 source selection procedures.

Synopsis: Construct Vehicle Wash Sources Sought.
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this and other projects including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond to USPFO- P&C for Tennessee intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to construct “Vehicle Wash”.
The magnitude of this prototypical project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All interested concerns will provide responses, in writing, to this notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 01 September 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include the following:
(1) positive statement of intent to submit proposal as a prime contractor,
(2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form,
(3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry, DoD projects should be noted as such. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you/company were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor.
(4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
