This is a request for proposal for cleaning services for lift/pumping stations, catch basins, and clearance of sewer/septic systems at JB MDL, Lakehurst. The NAICS code is 562998. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 25 July 2023 at 0900 AM EDT on Lakehurst. The meeting point will be at the Lakehurst Visitor's Center, County Rd 547, Lakehurst New Jersey 08573. Please provide the following information for each individual attending the site visit in an email to SSgt Erik Jasiunas at erik.jasiunas@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, 20 July 2023: Full Names, Date of Birth and Social Security Numbers. If all the required information for each information for each individual attending is not included in the email and submitted by the due date, the individual(s) will not be allowed on the base, NO EXCEPTIONS. *Note* Please make time to get to the visitor's center to check in and receive a pass so that we can proceed with the site visit in a timely manner.

If contractors have questions, they must be submitted NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM EDT on Monday, 07 August 2023. See page 3 of the solicitation for additional details.

No paper copies of this solicitation will be mailed, and no telephone request for paper copies will be honored. In accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management database at https://sam.gov.
