INVITATION FOR BIDS
Maine Mari�me Academy is conduc�ng a compe��ve bid process for the Waterfront Campus Pier
Upgrades and Waterfront Improvements, located at Maine Mari�me Academy in Cas�ne, Maine. Bids will
be opened and read aloud by the “Bureau of General Services” at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
Scope of work: Demo exis�ng �mber pier and replace with a steel pile concrete pier. Construct three
concrete mooring dolphins, �mber floa�ng docks with steel guide piles, concrete floa�ng breakwater,
replace exis�ng steel sheet pile bulkhead and upgrade electrical, communica�ons, steam, water and
wastewater systems.
