The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all else necessary, to provide sidewalk repair and allied construction services at various locations upon request. The contract may be awarded to multiple contractors. Contract shall consist of repair and replacement of sidewalks, installation of new concrete sidewalks, including miscellaneous work, such as, but not limited to, steps, driveways, curb-cut ramps, removal and proper disposal of demolished concrete and asphalt walks and related oil-based material, and in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
Any project exceeding $100,000.00 shall be compliant with CT-DOL prevailing wage requirements; however, it is not anticipated that individual projects will exceed this threshold. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
