A mandatory tour of the facility will be at the Grape Brook pump station at 558 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT, 06082, which is located behind the American Legion. The tour will be held on December 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals submitted by parties who do not attend this mandatory tour will not be considered.
Funding for this project is being made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”). The attention of bidders is called to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this contract.
