City of Torrington is seeking competitive bids from car dealers to supply one (1) New Super Duty F600 XL Diesel 4x4 DRW or Equivalent with an all season dump body and plow package. Vendors will be required to supply manufacturer specifications of truck and title or certificate of origin at time of delivery. Truck, dump body and plow package supplied for this bid shall be new. Used equipment will not be accepted.
