The Town of East Hampton Connecticut is soliciting sealed bids for The Replacement of
Wopowog Road Bridge No. 041011. This project consists of all necessary work to complete
improvements as described on the Contract Plans and Specifications for the lump sum base
bid.
The work generally consists of the complete replacement of the existing corrugated metal
pipes and wingwalls with a new precast concrete box culvert. The box culvert will be directly
procured by the Town of East Hampton. The work also includes the installation of cast-inplace
concrete headwalls, wingwalls, cutoff walls, roadway reconstruction (excluding paving),
placement of metal beam rail, associated regrading and turf restoration, and other
miscellaneous site work as shown on the plans or directed by the Owner.
