Project includes the installation of a trench drain, including perforated PVC pipe, filter fabric, and washed stone
below the existing auditorium concrete floor. Replacement and finishing of the concrete floor removed, including reinforcement and
dowels. Removal and replacement of the existing carpet in kind with color approval by owner. Installation of a sump pit and sump pump system as well as the complete installation of electrical components (power) & controls for the sump pump system. Installation of pump discharge PVC plumbing to the exterior of the building, including shutoff valves and check valves, to the existing stormwater system. Proper complete connection of the sump pump controls interface to the school’s BMS system. Exploratory test pits to determine the location of a section of crushed stormwater pipe found during camera inspections, so depending on the test pit findings, the pipe can be repaired, replaced, or removed accordingly (allowance provided in bid).
