Bidders for all scopes of work (except BP 2.21 Fire Protection) must be prequalified by O&G Industries, Inc. via the Prequalification Application process which was issued on 12/15/2022 and responses received 1/12/2023.

A non-mandatory Prebid Walk-Through is scheduled for June 22, 2023 @ 10:00 a.m. See Invitation to Bid for details. All bidders are encouraged to attend.

Expansion of the existing South Campus Chiller Plant to provide new utilities to support the new South Campus Residence and Dining Hall project including primary and emergency electrical duct banks, telecommunication duct banks, low temperature hot water distribution, chilled water distribution, relocation of existing utilities in and around existing South Campus Chiller Plant, ground loop heat exchange bore field and associated site demolition and restoration.
