Project Description:
The work involves the installation of new floor finishes, incidental painting, and associated repairs.
Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following:
1.        Installation of new flooring as noted on floor plans. Substrates shall be prepared as noted.
2.        Installation of new epoxy paint on stair treads as noted on drawings.
3.        Incidental painting or other repairs as noted on the drawings.
