Contract consists: A proposal for each site: Purchase of brand-new equipment with full installation for each: Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, cabling, conduit, servers, software/licensing, network equipment, programming, system commissioning, As-build drawings, training, permits, inside freight/shipping fees required with specifications

Deadline questions: 4/11/2024, 12:00 noon

No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after opening

City of Torrington reserves the right to award or reject any or all bids, waive technicalities and award the bid other than the lowest bid that in the city's judgement will best serve the public interest
