Sealed bid proposals must be received in a designated envelope marked “RFP-Environmental Consulting- Holmes.” Bids will be received by Rebecca Gonzalez, Chief Operations Officer, Facilities Management 250 John Downey Drive, New Britain, CT 06051 on August 14th at 10am and will be opened publicly and read aloud. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure that their bid is received and stamped by the receptionist at CSDNB Facilities Office located at 250 John Downey Dr. NB, CT 06051. Bids received late will not be opened. Selected firm will be based on completion of work in a timely manner, most qualified, best interest of CSDNB.
