The Town of Thomaston proposes to make renovations and site improvements to Seth Thomas Park located at the intersections of South Main Street (State Rt. 6), Elm Street and Maple Street in Thomaston CT. The work includes the construction of a hardscape plaza, four-car bituminous parking lot, concrete aprons, concrete sidewalk and curbing, stone dust walking paths and utility connections. Site furnishings include site lighting, benches, bike racks, water fountains, tables and chairs, and trash receptacles. New landscaping with an irrigation system will also be provided.
