Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for removal and disposal of tornado-related debris along rights-of-way (ROWs) or easements over sanitary sewer lines and sanitary sewer manholes.
The scope of services for this project includes:

Clearing of tornado-related storm debris from an estimated 5,000 linear feet of 25-foot-wide ROWs or easements including those with priority in the areas indicated on the attached maps.

Clearing of ROWs or easements beyond that shown in the attached map shall not be conducted without written direction from the OWNER or the OWNER’s representative.

Cutting, removing, hauling, reducing, grinding and/or chipping debris.

Disposing of white goods, construction and demolition debris, and vegetative debris from ROWs in accordance with all local, state and Federal regulations for storm debris.

Adhering to all Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines, practices, and procedures for removal of storm debris for a Federally-declared disaster area to include appropriate documentation for Federal reimbursement to the owner.

or upon request by contacting the LRWRA Procurement Department at Procurement@lrwra.com. The solicitation documents can be downloaded from the attachments tab of this posting. Please note, it is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the official solicitation and all addenda as posted on the ARBid website. LRWRA shall have the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities.
The RFP package includes descriptions of services required, an outline for presentation of qualifications, and the method of selection.
Proposals shall not be accepted after the established response deadline (a.k.a., "bid opening") date and time. It is the responsibility of vendors to submit sealed responses to Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority, Attn. Procurement Department, 11 Clearwater Drive, Little Rock, AR 72120, no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time, on July 18, 2023. Proposals received after the designated response deadline date and time shall be considered late and shall not be reviewed. It is not necessary to return "no bids" to LRWRA.
The selection process will conform to the state law defining procurement of contract services, A.C.A. 19-11-801.
