Invitation for Bids for this project MUST be submitted through the City’s PMWeb Software System. You are required to register as a Plan holder two (2) business days prior to the Bid Opening Date indicated below.

Due Dates (Arizona time):

Plan holder registration no later than April 12, 2024.
Bid Opening Date: April 16, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (Arizona time)

You MUST register as a Plan holder to submit your bid package and to be notified of project addenda. If addenda are released for this project, we will attempt to notify all Plan holders at the email address provided. It is the Plan holder's responsibility to confirm that they have received all addenda prior to submitting a bid.

“Due to the sensitive nature of our critical infrastructure, we will not share information pertaining to as-builts, quarter sections or reports related to as-builts/quarter sections during the procurement process unless specifically outlined in the Invitation for Bids. This information will be provided to the successful awardee for the project.”
