Invitation for Bids for this project MUST be submitted through the City’s PMWeb Software System. You are required to register as a Plan holder two (2) business days prior to the Bid Opening Date indicated below.

Due Dates (Arizona time):
Plan holder registration no later than March 7, 2024.
Bid Opening Date: March 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (Arizona time)

ELECTRONIC BIDS. All bids are required to be submitted through the City’s PMWeb
Software System at https://tempe-az.pmweb.com/pmweb/ and must be received by 9:00 a.m.
(Arizona time), March 12, 2024. At that time, bids will be electronically opened, the name of
the bidder, the date and time the bid was received, and the amount of the bid will be publicly
read online in an electronic meeting room. All Plan holders will be provided a link to this
electronic meeting room the morning of the bid opening. Bids received after the time specified
above will not have the ability to submit said bid and will not be considered. The proposed work
will consist of REMOVAL OF CONCRETE, ASPHALT; REMOVAL OF EXISTING
WATER VALVES; PLACEMENT OF NEW WATER VALVES AND ASSOCIATED
HARDWARD; NEW ASPHALT AND CONCRETE SIDEWALK, together with associated
work. Specifications are available for download from the City of Tempe Engineering Division at
www.tempe.gov/engprojectsbidding Please direct any questions no later than March 5, 2024, by
4:00 p.m., Arizona time, to the City of Tempe – Engineering Division, at
