Develop and Implement Integrated Communications, Branding and Community Outreach Strategy and Initial Implementation for ARIZONA@WORK

The ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County proposes to develop a County-wide integrated communications, branding, and community outreach strategy in collaboration with a full-service Contractor with extensive, proven marketing and branding experience – minimum three (3) years – in a variety of sectors, including economic workforce development.

ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County seeks a knowledgeable, proven partner that will help articulate ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County brand to current and prospective target audiences. The contractor will be responsible to develop and implement a robust strategy that raises ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County profile positively and measurably. The strategy must create a consistent, unifying brand message that positions ARIZONA@WORK Coconino County as the go-to system for everything workforce-related within Coconino County, reaching a broader audience of potential job seekers and employers, leading to increased job placements and reduced unemployment rates, growth in business retention and expansion, and enhanced economic development and competitiveness for the Coconino County area including the outlying rural and tribal areas.

Contractor deliverables include – but are not limited to – bold, effective brand messaging and creative strategy and content as well as a structured, feasible rollout plan.
