The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable, qualified firms to provide biological monitoring services to monitor the health of vegetation restoration at the Magnolia Force Mains project site.  Services will include but are not necessarily limited to conducting annual reconnaissance of the vegetation restoration and abandoned pipe, and preparation of a letter report of findings and recommendations.
