Q1. Does the City of Stockon not want to have any blind spots interior and exterior of
the buildings? OR would like just the minimum coverage for entrances and exits
only.
A1. The City of Stockton does not require coverage for all rooms for each facility.
The primary concerns are 360-degree exterior (except Seifert due to school
– no cameras facing school property), entrance/exits to facilities, hallways,
gyms, and basketball courts. For softball and soccer fields our main concern
is the buildings and any storage units.

Q2. What two CCTV security camera systems is the city currently using
a. Existing City network.
A2. What the City currently uses:
Intellicene Symphia
Lorex NVRs
DigitalWatch Dog NVRs
OpenEye NVR
These are not necessary to use. The City is open to new up-to-day systems
that are NDAA compliant.
Q3. Power provided by City for equipment @ remote sites. (Misty Holt-Singh Softball,
Complex Stockton Soccer Complex three (3) buildings, Louis Park Softball
Complex)
A3. Treat these three (3) sites as Alternate Sites. Assume contractor to provide
power.
Q4. Provide space in IT rack for network equipment for each location.
a. New rack installed need to be lockable
A4. If new racks are needed, assume new racks to be lockable or match
existing.

Q5. Switch preference for project
A5. No preference, contractor to provide recommended switch.
Q6. 30-day storage
a. Cloud base
b. Onboard camera storage
A6. The City has no preference in storage. Retrieving data should be easy for
employees to pass on.
Q7. Monitoring Pg 3.
a. What are you looking for in monitoring
A7. Vandalism, break-ins, accidents (Injuries), emergency scenarios, feedback
to PD when needed...etc.
b. Site monitoring hours
A7. 24/7 preferred.
c. Require Night Monitoring
A7. 24/7 preferred.
Q8. Workstations per site.
a. city providing workstation PC and monitors.?
8A. Yes, the City to provide workstation PC and monitors.
b. # of users per site?
8A. The City would like to grant access to all necessary employees. At a
minimum 3 to 4 users.
