Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - COMMUNITY CENTER CAMERAS
Provide security camera system installation, monitoring, maintenance repair, inspection, and testing services. These services should be efficient and economical, adhere to industry standards and best practices, and utilize the latest available non-proprietary technology.

NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
The City of Stockton, California, will receive sealed proposals until Wednesday, January 10, 2024, 3:00 p.m.,
for the Community Center Security Cameras in accordance with the request for proposal for Project No.
CR23005. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion
Declaration and all of the required documents and information. The pricing shall be submitted under separate,
sealed envelope. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws.
The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose on this project and the City
encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business
Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's Local
Employment Ordinance. Please see the website www.stocktonca.gov/pwbid for further information.
Each sealed proposal shall be marked "PROPOSAL" and shall indicate the project name, number,
and proposal opening date, and shall be mailed or delivered to Public Works, 22 E. Weber Avenue, Room
301, Stockton, California 95202, at or before the hour stated.
Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any subconsultant under them shall
pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations.
A contract will be awarded to proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that
the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to
provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
