The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is issuing this Request For Proposals from qualified Design-Build firms. Design-Build firms will submit Part A proposals for BRC0000496 Request For Proposals Design-Build Services High Desert Crisis Residential Treatment Program (CRTP), Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), and Mental Health Hub (MHH) Project located at 415 East Avenue I, Lancaster, CA 93535. The Scoping Documents folder contains two Scoping Document PDF files. A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. BRC0000496 Request For Proposals (RFP) is for a primary firm (Design-Builder) that selects its own team of subconsultants. Subconsultants must contact primary firms directly to become parts of their teams. Subconsultants are not required to attend. Those who wish to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000496 to join. The link to the pre-proposal virtual conference will be posted on the day of the Microsoft Teams Live Event, Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
