The County's LSBE, DVBE, and SE Preference Programs require firms to complete a certification process to receive certain benefits allowed only for LSBE, DVBE, and SE, such as a 15 percent price preference, not to exceed $150,000, when applicable, and LSBE Prompt Payment Program. The reference letters, renewal letters, or other form of similar written proof from the five organizations must indicate temporary employee placement for accounting services similar to those described in this solicitation's, Part II, Exhibit A, Scope of Work.
