San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Family Resource Center (FRC) services. The Contract period will be for the for a two (2) year period beginning on July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026 with optional three 1-year extensions. Currently, the projected allocation for this program is approximately $5,100,000 annually or $10,200,000 for the two (2) year period.
