The State of California, Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) is seeking a firm to provide an appraisal to determine subject property the "as is" fee simple fair market value of the Mount Whitney Fish Hatchery property located in eastern Inyo County.

The subject property consists of a single 40-acre parcel of partially developed land at 1 Golden Trout Circle, Independence, California 93526 (Property). The Property is a former fish hatchery operated by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. The site consists of residential structures and appetences, commercial buildings, concrete lined aquaculture raceway, settling ponds, well pump house and other improvements.
