Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary for the pickup, removal, clean-up, and disposal of universal waste (U-waste) and legal disposal of hazardous materials, in accordance with applicable local, State and Federal regulations, on an on-call and as-needed basis. Recycling services shall also include, but not limited to provide recycling kits, containers, and packaging.
