Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, rentals, disposal/recycling of waste,
travel, and incidentals necessary to test, remove, repair, re-install and re-test storm drain water
pumps, submersible pumps, and related components in pumping plants.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and
current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR
registration, it is not necessary to provide a copy.
By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License
Board (CSLB) license is a Class A-General Engineering or Class 10- Electrical AND a Limited
Specialty C-61 with D21- Machinery and Pumps Contractor license.
