This new facility aims to offer a blend of science and engineering programs, along with additional classrooms and student support areas. It will consist of teaching and research laboratories, spaces for teaching and learning, offices, student facilities, building support services, and a café. The design should include outdoor gathering spaces on the ground floor and potentially on the top floor of the building.
