Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Stationary and Portable Generator Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Emergency Services in Los Angeles and Kern County, as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, incidentals, and equipment necessary to provide annual and semi-annual, on-call, and as-needed maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair of emergency generators.
