This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)".
The work shall be performed to improve the State transportation system throughout the Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare and Kern, in California within the limits of District 06 and projects listed in Attachment 1A. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.
Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.
13.5% DBE Participation goal required
Estimated contract amount $7,999,984.00 - $12,999,974.00.
The estimated contract term is five (5) years
