Contractor agrees to provide labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, incidentals, and travel to repair and for maintenance of electric and manual overhead doors, swinging doors, entry doors, sliding doors, pedestrian gates and entry/exit motorized gates.
Bidder and subcontractor shall be a certified small business registered with DGS.
Bidder must have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of the contract, a valid, current
Class A, General Engineering Contractor license OR a Class B, General Building Contractor
OR a C61, Limited Specialty Contractor/D28, Doors, Gates and Activating Devices Contractor
license issued by the CSLB, for the type of work to be performed. Bidder shall obtain, pay for, and
maintain, in good standing, all necessary licenses and permits to accomplish the work.
Bidder and subcontractor(s) shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the
Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration, it is not necessary to provide a copy.
