Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Hazardous Waste Site Investigation and Design Services contract.

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)".

The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system in the following nine Bay Area counties of District 4: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.

Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.

Twenty-two percent (22%) DBE Participation goal required.

Estimated contract amount $2,400,000.00 - $3,499,999.00.

The estimated contract term is three (3) years

Unfortunately, the Department does not have a plan holders list of available proposers, nor does it have a way of identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
