The Summit County Housing Department desires to contract with a licensed real estate broker to be the project SALES MANAGER to perform all of the real estate and marketing/promotion services, and to work closely with the design and construction team.

Qualified individuals, firms or consortiums are invited to submit a sealed proposal to the Summit County Housing Department ("hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY ") for Real Estate and Marketing/Sales services ("hereinafter referred to as "SALES MANAGER") for Nellie’s Neighborhood (“hereinafter referred to as “PROJECT”)

The purpose of this solicitation is to bind a competent, experienced real estate and marketing professional into a formal Agreement with the COUNTY to perform the work described in this Request for Proposals and the attachments hereto.

Proposers are cautioned to read the entire Request for Proposals, noting all particular submittal requirements, including both substance and format. Failure to provide all requested information in the manner required might be cause for rejection of proposal at the sole discretion of the COUNTY.
