This Complete Streets project consists of reducing the width of the travel lanes to calm vehicular traffic through this area of East Wall Street and provide a greater level of pedestrian safety and accessibility by providing an additional raised crosswalk and wider sidewalks. The storm drainage infrastructure will also require modification due to the relocation of the granite curb lines. Historic Waypointe Street lighting, as well as additional street trees and other landscape amenities will be installed within the project limits. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
