NOTICE

TO ALL HVAC CONTRACTORS

BID NO. 2024-009

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, at City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 for a completed project to provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation and permits, to Furnish and Install (4) HVAC Systems for the City of Margate. Project Locations are: (1) Human Resources, City Hall, (2) Community Center, Katz Building, (3) UPS Room, City Hall, and (4) Information Technology Department, City Hall.

There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Commission Chambers at City Hall located at 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063. Site visits to the locations will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid meeting.

Bid packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form. Qualifications:

A minimum of three (3) years HVAC contractor’s experience in the field of HVAC systems installation is required.
Contractor shall meet required qualifications of Florida State Chapter 489 to perform the entire scope of work and submit proof thereof.
