Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items for the Drainage Improvements, located at Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to: The construction of stormwater drainage infrastructure improvements located in Seaboard Cargo Yard as described and shown on the drawings. Including but not limited to associated demolition, site clearing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, paving, fencing, storm drainage piping, collection structures, junction structures, pollution control structures, temporary and/or permanent relocation of existing facilities, drainage wells, utilities, utilities adjustment, modification to existing structures, concrete work, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, daily litter control, final cleanup of construction work to Owner's satisfaction and other appurtenances and miscellaneous items and work for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation of the proposed drainage system. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
