Villa Rica Main Street Drainage Improvements Project Number 2024-SW-01
Separate, sealed bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the aforementioned project.
The Major Items of Work Consist of:
1.        Traffic Control- Vehicular and Pedestrian
2.        15-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe: 230 LF
3.        Trench Grate and Frame Installation: 100 LF
4.        Concrete Sidewalk, Standard Duty: 750 SF
5.        Re-locate existing Fire Line (1) and Existing Water Services (2):
The Instruction to Bidders, form of Bid, form of Contract, Drawings, forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and other contract documents are available for review at the City of Villa Rica City Clerk¿s office located at 571 W. Bankhead Hwy, Villa Rica Georgia, 30180 (678-840-1229). Bid Documents and Specifications may be purchased at the above address for the cost of $25.00 each.
No bid will be accepted from a bidder who has not purchased a set of bid documents from the above-mentioned office. No bid will be accepted from a bidder who does not meet the pre- qualification requirements outlined in paragraph B.01.

Bids will be received by the City of Villa Rica, Villa Rica Georgia, herein referred to as ¿Owner¿ and bid documents can be purchased at the City of Villa Rica City Clerk¿s Office (770-459- 7000), 571 W. Bankhead Hwy, Villa Rica, Georgia until 10:45 AM (local time) on Friday, April 19, 2024. Bids must be received by 11:00 AM (local time) at the City of Villa Rica City Clerk¿s Office, on April 19, 2024. After such time on the same day, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Hall Conference Room, 571 W. Bankhead Hwy, Villa Rica, Georgia. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids shall be clearly marked and sealed.
