The Cherokee County School District (CCSD) is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers to upgrade its screens for Creekview High School and install Epson projectors under the Brighter Futures Program for (5) five school locations. In the best interest of CCSD, projects may be awarded to multiple proposers and CCSD holds the option to assign selected schools. The successful proposer will be assigned to a school location determined by the CCSD. All questions must be submitted through Bonfire Message Center.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held at the Etowah High School Auditorium, 6565 Putnam Ford Drive, Woodstock, GA 30189, on February 21, 2024, at 7:30 am. Proposers will visit all six high school locations in the district and take into consideration all conditions which might affect the proposal. No consideration will be given to any claim based on lack of knowledge of existing conditions.
