Sealed proposals for Metter WO 12 Airport Road W&S Extension ¿ Phase I & II will be received at The Metter Public Works Facility located at 700 Washington Street: Metter, Georgia until 10:00 AM on March 26, 2024. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bids may also be mailed to 49 South Rountree Street, P.O. Box 74, Metter, GA 30439. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the City of Metter.
The work to be performed includes the construction of a water main and sewer extension in the City of Metter, Georgia. This work will be divided into Phase I (Base Bid) & Phase II (Additive Alternate). The limits of disturbance for Phase I is 0.70 acres and for Phase II the limits of disturbance is 3.2 acres.
